TALC delegates got themselves to Las Vegas where we were graciously hosted by Unleash. We gathered, listened and networked with our peers. Played a little TopGolf, had a few fancy cocktails .... took in some Vegas night life. A great TALC event featured two compelling speakers: Perry Friedman and Jonathan Kestembaum.

We were honored to have Torin Ellis head up an interactive workshop on moving the needle in diversity hiring. Torin and the group created actual, actionable items that members could deploy at their own organizations and, in turn, make an impact on hiring.
Torin Ellis is a Human Capital Strategist, focused on the art of recruiting diverse talent using various creative methods.
Torin has an accomplished background that includes 17 years of human capital efforts, military service, several Board of Director appointments and unwavering sprit of giving back to the community and emerging youth.
